Substitutions

Our floral designs are beautifully arranged with the season's freshest blooms. We make every effort to provide just what you're looking for!

Occasionally, certain blooms are not in season or are unavailable due to weather or market conditions. In this case, our designers will substitute with blooms that most closely represent the look and feel of the original selection.

If certain vases, containers, or ribbons are out of stock, we will substitute with a similar item to replicate the look and feel of the inspiration design.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final at purchase. Non-perishable, unused and unopened products may be exchanged or returned for store credit with receipt of purchase within 30 days.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AmEx, as well as cash or check with ID.
